POSSESSED SHOE x Chukkers “USUIMIDORI”■

This is the second collaboration between POSSESSED SHOE and “Chuckers”, a leading brand in the Japanese Rebel Music industry. The HEMP upper model of the high cut model “FOOT PLANT” is now available.
HEMP has been used as a natural material since ancient times in Japan, and is a highly breathable material that is resistant to tearing. The “Cha” logo tag is attached to the shoe with the name “green Usui” drawn by a modern artist who is active in the global art undercover name, the heel part is a message that Chukkers The embroidery of the mark that means legalization, which is the message of Chuckers, is on the heel. The base “FOOT PLANT” is a high-cut shoe designed for skateboarding, with a high hold that does not squeeze the ankle. The upper is made of a special material that wraps and guards the ankle, but allows the ankle to move without stress. The design holds the instep so that the foot does not play inside the shoe even if the laces are not tightened all the way to the top. The space between the left and right instep pockets is shaped like a football and fits three-dimensionally, so it fits Japanese people with a high instep. Even though they are high-cut, you can move your ankles without stress.

MICRO UPPER & MICRO FIBER LINER
The upper is made of HEMP material, which is highly breathable and resistant to tears.
The ankle lining is made of MICRO FIBER, a special soft and needle-like material.
The combination of CANVAS and MICRO FIBER allows the ankle to move freely and provides a moderate hold.

DOUBLE LAYER OLLIE PAD & TOE CAP
The side part of the shoe, which is easily cut by ollie, has a double-layer structure. It is highly durable and hard to penetrate holes in the main body.
The second layer of the ollie pad is made of suede. A rubber cap is attached to the toe.

OUTSOLE AND INSOLE
Gum sole is used for the outsole. The waffle pattern enhances grip and flexibility. The insole uses a high-density urethane foam material with high shock absorption. The heel portion from the toe to the foot has a honeycomb structure for enhanced durability and wicking properties. The toe portion is 5mm thick and the heel portion is 10mm thick for improved shock absorption and control.

In the late 1980s, the brand director discovered skateboarding as an extension of the hardcore punk he was listening to at the time.
Obsessed with skateboarding, he formed the hardcore punk band THE SCUMBAG at the end of the 1980s, and the band was active for two years. In the mid 90’s, he started producing skateboarding videos as part of the OPIOID VIDEO series with riders from T-19, a skateboard brand in Tokyo, By 2001, he had produced 5 videos. In the late 90’s, he launched the skate apparel brand RGOA with ESOW, and in 2000, he launched TRANSMIT, a domestic skate shoe brand developed in collaboration with PRO-KEDS. By 2001, TRANSMIT had released skate shoes including pro-signature series by ESOW, ZIZOW, and KIKS, but TRANSMIT was closed in 2002, and RGOA was closed in 2007. After that, he experienced full-scale industrial production of apparel and other products.
