From Osaka, hardcore punk band MASTERPEACE continues to break down all barriers with the release of their third full-length album “Sukikosomonono” on LessThanTV!
The album features 18 tracks, including many guests from different genres and styles, starting with ERONE on the first track “The Party Never Ends”, followed by “No Shortcut to Glory”, “BOX” from the reggae scene, and “Sukikoso Monono” from the rock scene. BOXERKID (MIGHTY JAM ROCK) from the reggae scene, “BURST HEADS GO FUTURE” featuring members of FIVE NO RISK, CRITICAL THINKING, and THE CRANiUM, all of which are co-producing the album in Osaka, and “BURST HEADS GO FUTURE,” featuring Nara’s leading trumpet player, who has been performing with the band repeatedly in recent years. SPARKEY, a rapper representing Nara, and saxophonist Natsuki Sakaue (Tatara/Gotta Neal Experiment) also add color to the songs, as do all the bands that have released split albums in the past (COSMOS/CROW DRAGON TEA/Gang up on Against/GRIND SHAFT/STARTER/CiG (ex-STRIKE OUT)) on vocals and violin. The artwork for the album was created by CASPER, and the album is a work of art that contains everything they have done up to this point.
